If you get more than one I think its grounds for suspension, distracted driving is incredibly dangerous, its far worse than speeding.

I agree I think it's dangerous in certain situations and I try not to text while driving ever. But I'm not gonna pretend that I dont text at lights or sometimes look down at my phone while driving. Getting 1 ticket shouldnt result in suspension and having to be re-licensed... thats ridiculous.
