jesus fuck im salty i emailed their ticket support saying i want a refund the codes not working and tech support cant seem to do shit
and like what the fuck would a microsoft tech support guy come and fix on my modem? its not even a microsoft product :bonk:
and she said you cant install it until the microsoft tech comes to fix it but its already installed the code wont redeem on their website :wallbash:

yet if i just let it run out it will auto update for $80 and give me a 1 year thing yet i cant seem to redeem this code for the deal they sold me it for $40
but its totally my router that wont let me redeem a code on their website when their website says "INVALID CODE" when i click submit like wtf
