Told sale price of the Devils, which includes Pru. Center operating rights, to Josh Harris and co. is "well in excess of $300 million."

Over priced

8th most successful arena in the world (pru center owned by devils so they get revenue from all concerts/venues) and one of the most winningest teams since its inception in hockey is OP :DDDDD
not to mention 235 mill in debt that has to be paid off - which I doubt is included in the 300

Josh Harris net worth 2.1 Bill so nbd
