DeBrusk requests a trade
-Peace

Will be a 40 goal scorer somewhere probably

Meh, adios. Ship him off to Arizona or Vancouver for picks.

Felger & Mazz brought up several points for the Bruins, are we currently entering the beginning of the end?
-DeBrusk's headache, who's going to want to pick up his contract lmao forget getting any kind of return
-Rask basically confirmed he'll be back, could very much be a confidence killer to Swayman
^ Would say Ullmark, but there's no way a 1st year $6m goalie will be sent to Providence
-Swayman has been good, not great. Which is fair. Ullmark has looked mediocre at best.
-I was cool with moving on from Rask, didn't think they'd give a fat contract to a random goalie that has not proven a thing
^ Could be rocking a good goalie on a rookie contract with a cheap veteran like Holtby or someone, that $ could've upgraded elsewhere,
^ Guy got his money and is waiting to be fed free goals it feels like, bounced off the PP unit for Foligno
-Cassidy covid issues
-Hall likely on the 1st line tonight, he's got 3 games here to prove something or he needs to sit a game or 2 imo
-Marchand 3 game susp, only forward that has shown up in every game
-Currently not in a playoff spot (shoutout to schedule tho lol)

We've got problems boys, might be a borderline playoff team at best from here on out, future is dry, nothing in the system
I also really don't want to pay Pastrnak when his contract is up again

Yep I was going to post about where the Bruins may end up this season when they were at game 15

The way I see it is they're fighting a strong metro div for a wc and they're in tough but I could see them getting in the 2nd slot - which is likely the worst thing to happen to this team since losing rask/krejci

hitting a bubble position at this point is bad news, I watched the flames struggle to keep in a playoff spot for years and never got that big pick in the draft and never could end up trading away a mid first for anything decent

the Bruins farm looks like shit right now too, Ullmark hopefully gets sent away at some point for something we can use to grow

Bruins have been riding the perfection line for too long and there's just no one else, pasta can't have space because there's no need to juggle top defender minutes when there is only one line to worry about

We've had a very enjoyable last decade but it's time to remodel the house and start a renewal, they had a chance when they had pick 13-15 and blew that opportunity pretty bad

They should ditch Sweeney. It's time for a rebuild. They are gonna get the 7th or 8th seed and get destroyed in first round.

I really don't want to see Pasta leave. <_<

It was a good run for about a decade, but the Bruins right now are a prime candidate for the scorched earth rebuild.

Barring a miracle, this group doesn't have another run in them and there's definitely no quick-fix retool option available to try to squeeze out the last bit of the Perfection Line. Rumor is Bergeron is planning to call it a career sooner than later anyway due to injuries.

Ripping off the band-aid now would be best. There are a lot of pieces you can trade that'll help jumpstart the rebuild.

Everyone should be available other than Bergeron, McAvoy and probably Carlo. Imagine the haul you could get for Marchand and Pasta alone.

Marchand is the most dominant player in the league, the Bruins would have to ask for mcdavid, draisaitl and the arizona coyotes to let him go
