To the kessel team list talk-
I thought I also remembered reading that the eight team list can be changed each season by him and his agent. Not sure when that date is if that is even true.
But I don't put much stock in those lists anyways. A team can present any trade off to the agent and it can be discussed. It's not like a team not on the list will be an instant reject by kessel camp

july 1st he submits a new list. like you said though those lists dont mean much. there will be some teams he wont wanna go to but for the most part i dont think it matters that much to kessel
