jones was horrible for most of the year and they hadnt been playing inspiring hockey for a while

you cant sit there with a straight face and tell me theyve been the best team in the west all year when calgary was playing great, nashville and winnipeg had been battle tested in the past, and vegas ran through the west just last year

That was everything. They had to make smarter plays or try something different because vegas is just a dominating team that passes well, keeps good form and is not easily demoralized.

I agree there is almost no way we could have come back without the fire lit under their ass when Pavs went down. I continually strive to understand why they don't want to win bad enough without something like that happening.

Vegas deserved the OT, they obviously outplayed us the majority of the game, even though I wouldn't be saying that right now if we lost..
