Yea.. I cant seem to level up. Im always 1-2 levels behind quests idk what to do

Level 4 and cleared all ? of white orchar

go exploring man

do side quests

go to the bulletin boards in each town

1-2 levels behind a quest is fine. Really the only way to level fast is to push through the main story sections. Do a couple then come back to side stuff.
