110 isn't that crazy for both tbh,  it's good for his size but it's definitely not far fetched at all.

even when comparing the other numbers?

Bicep curls are single movement targeted. Others are compound, so the numbers suffer from being more developed in the arms than shoulders back and chest.

Yea, it's not unheard of, many people lift heavier on certain things.

My squats aren't even close to my leg press, whereas one of my workout buddies squats like a boss and can't get on my level for press.

You don't even.

Is it really that much? I haven't curled less than 40 since high school. Biceps were always the thing I worked out even when I neglected fitness overall.

ive never seen anyone curl 55+ 5+ times, let alone 10 times. there were some pretty big guys at my uni gym as well

I'd be curious if any of you could post your big 3(+1) for those of you who actually lift. Would be neat to see who can do what.

Me personally (never done any one rep maxes so don't exactly know):

Squat - 5 Reps @ 255 (Calculated Max = 300 lbs)
Deadlift - 5 Reps at 305 (Calculated Max = 360 lbs)
Bench - 5 Reps at 135 (WHY YOU SO FUKING LOW, Calculated Max = 160 lbs)
OHP - 5 Reps at 105 (Calculated Max = 125 lbs)

Heres a calculator you can use to find out 1 rep maxes based on Reps and weight: http://www.strstd.com/ . It isn't perfectly accurate but good enough for this stuff.

Nooooooooooooo.
To be fair I was a pretty big bowler. Had to keep the biceps strong to be able to hit 18 mph and torque it for curve.

Started again this week :( I keep going on and off for 3 months at a time. Whatever I gain is always lost.

I think I have the motivation to not stop this time, though. I lost all my chest and ab definition :( Very noticeable compared to what I had.

Neverrrr again.
