Yea... the guy who founded tesla cars, elon musk, is awesome though. Some random guy wrote an article that he didn't think it was practical to drive across the nation because the charge stations were too far apart. In response, Elon started an initiative so that no charging station is further than 100 miles-ish away from any other charging station.
I don't like that it takes 30 minutes to fully charge the car though, seeing how it takes like 2-3 minutes to fully fuel a car. I'm hoping in 2-3 years that technology will be somewhat developed.
Even still, 20-30 minutes, for free (right?), isn't that bad.
And if you want to pay the same price as gas, you can just swap the battery out in the same amount of time, or less, it takes to refuel a regular car
