I got put on the Welchers paid back list but according to the "Front Office" and the "Hockey only" rules I can't participate in any free rolls or events etc.

I own my own guild. I'm one of the most respected players on D2 East Hardcore Ladder, and I have access to the DF. I've never bet in B&P. And I've always honored my bets/never start shit with anyone.
