they dont have the  thing where if you put  $500 in repairs to the car  you get a 2 year temp thing?
e: wait maybe that was emissions and not safety

I don't know what that is so probably not lol. You have to get a new sticker every year, regardless of repairs.

It would take me a long time to list up what I've been buying for the past year, but I have 99% of everything minus furniture.
Waiting to buy a place before I buy such large items

DC is pretty great in that you can buy large things and sell them really quickly when you're getting ready to move. This guy had the table up on craigslist for a total of about an hour before I emailed him and bought it lol. He's moving to Florida right near the panthers' arena, I think I talked him into buying season tickets actually...

damn, I wish I lived in an area like that.
I live in a smaller place with too many old people around me right now.

Not sure if I'd move into Toronto though ... I work there, and that's enough for me lol

Come to DC, where you'll pay 60% of your income for rent and never worry about anything else again.

It's pretty bad. Manhattan probably takes the cake though, I have a friend living in a 400 sqft studio in central park paying $2k/mo.
I live next to the pentagon and pay $1.7k/mo for 570

Yeah I couldn't imagine paying that much, I'd just live outside the city and commute.

I guess yeah, I wouldn't want to ever live in Sauga ... unless I lived across from SquareOne that wouldn't be too bad
Oakville isn't so bad, but Burlington is nice in the middle - just hate the cost of living here compared to London

When I went to UWO I lived across the street from my campus and paid only $500/mo total rent was $1500/mo for 3 bedroom

I tried that and wanted to stab myself in the eye multiple times every single morning.
