Went to the grocer for fresh food, there was a real run at the meat section. Chicken breast tho, still there even tho the price isn't terrible.

Man if this current state of emergency escalates further in our city... it's going to be hellish.

Do you think we'll see the 2020 NHL Playoffs or is the entire season over?
The NBA is going to try and play the rest of their season and playoffs.

They're just going to push everything into July and August (normally the NBA Finals will end in mid June), and they'll delay the start of next season from late October to late December. I even heard some talk of Christmas Day also being opening day for the NBA in 2021. That's assuming the NBA can get back on the court in July. That's still wishful thinking at this point but it doesn't hurt to be optimistic as we're nearing April in 10 more days.

But in the NBA the players are so close to each other. I'd imagine a sport like baseball can be played without a crowd.
I'm not sure about hockey. They're playing close to each other but they're also skating fast and wearing equipment.

We've seen the WWE, horse racing and some other random sports being played without a crowd. Can hockey do it sometime soon?

Gronk, baby! For example, this is the type of sports entertainment we're getting right now.
It's better than nothing. I'm sure we can get some team sports going very soon. No crowds.

This is cringeworthy without an audience.

Quebec is keeping schools closed until at least May 1

I feel like we have at least another 5-6 weeks of this isolation thing

Just saw pictures of what our branch will look like this coming week. Plastic everywhere and looking like 1-3 people in at a time. Those darn banks sure want to stay open to help the elderly that shouldn’t be out anyways...
