Source?

I've read every pokemon's moves is randomized upon evolution. You can get the same one back, but randomly.

So what stats am I lookin for when evolving?

I've only ever gotten the same one. Don't have a source, but honestly I really don't care enough to look it up so I'll take your word for it lol. Anecdotally I've never had one change.

Seems kinda silly for them to reroll though.

Get a shit ton of pokemon that you can evolve (like 50-100) then sit in a place with 3 pokestops touching and lures on all of them and evolve all the pokemon you can after popping the egg.

1k experience per evolve, 2k if it's a new pokedex entry. You can get almost all the way to level 15 in one fell swoop.

Remember that if you've powered up the pokemon it changes things.

yo either my 2.2k dragonite is bugged or wut
but i've been doing this crazy crit shit with dragon breath (normal hits) lololol which is stronger than my dragon pulse the one you gotta charge and hold to use.
I took down a bunch of 1.6k-1.8k CP pokemons in a row

Farm pidgys and weedles. Mass evolve them at the same time while your egg is on. They take 12 candy each to evolve, and bring in the same XP as say a 400 candy magikarp to gyarados. Park yourself at a couple lures if you can for some bonus XP. You do get more eggs as you go along, so don't feel bad if you have time left over

Welp. One of our residents had her phone snatched fighting a gym in front of the building by two young black men. Firstly I'm not sure why they'd do that here since there are cameras everywhere, and secondly I know it's profiling but it's true, if there are two black guys hanging out in front of this apartment complex it's probably smart to be wary. I'd be shocked if there are even 10 that live here.
