You have four forwards taking up almost half of your cap. They are great and dangerous ofc, but it's going to hurt your depth & defense hard.
You guys are going to have options this upcoming off-season though with defense. The only 3 dmen that are getting paid atm will be ufa's. (outside of Rielly) So the organization will have many different decisions to make with several different options.

Y'all cleaning up some nice space with the expiring Horton & Clarkson contracts as well.

Ceci and Barrie are off the books and a few others. They have space to make some decent moves, just cant miss. Also Sandin is a stud, u havent been watching much leafs i can tell. Right now those 2 bumbs are the reason we lose games. Not everyone can massively underpay 3 superstars like you guys do so... boston model doesnt really work

Yup. I’m a little surprised that Erickson has rebounded into a viable roster spot myself. Neal has slowed down a lot but even if he scores 1g per 10 games the rest of the way he’s been a valuable roster spot. And he’s always been a streaky scorer.
