Lets be real any of the teams he goes to minus Detroit are not going to win next year. He has to make this decision based off who he thinks has the best chance to grow into a contender.

Which I would argue has to be the Flyers because they have 2 of the top 15 players in the league, and a goalie who if can stay healthy is a top 10 goalie IMO.

Just trying to save you from getting your hopes so astronomically high Friedman also threw out the possibility that babs sits out a year and waits to see what opens up.

Then you look at the D core and hide in a closet. If Oilers finally get a real number 1 goalie and a good Dman they're the closest imo. They got much more bait material to trade for a quality player.

streit isnt bad for a top 4 grossman is good defensively but a bit slow schultz was one of our best d men this season he was pretty good delzotto played like his rookie season in ny
we got gudas who idk much about but he sounds decent we got prospects who are prob nhl ready a few of us thought morin coulda made the team last season but right now hes 2-2 in the qmjhl finals thats never bad for development

its by no means elite but i dont feel the oilers are much better if they even are on the backend tbh

flyers have 2 shitty contracts we gotta try to move or get better out of them in uburger and macdonald...macd last season... my god wtf and umburger was bad but he was hurt and had his spurts ill give him another season with a new coach

He hasn't said a date yet. I think what he means by it is that he knows what he wants and he knows where he can find it, so he's not gonna draw it out much longer while weighing the options.
