The witcher gear you craft from the junk you find. For the first 1/3 or 1/2 of the game you mostly find new gear in chests. You can craft the Griffon gear pretty quickly. Make sure you buy crafting designs from merchants when you see them.

It's pretty straight forward though, just move through the story, explore a bit and do some contracts, and you'll always have gear that works well. gl gl

Also i should take fights from creatures of my level? I got raped in the cemetary last night

Yep fight things your level, dodge is your friend. If a monster is 5 levels above you it'll be hard, and if it's 10+ it'll have a red skull icon and will probably 1 hit you. Can be killed, just require mad skillz.

Alright, does the game gives me the correct sword if im fighting humans or monsters? Or do i have to take out the right one?

Quest rewards, loot from monsters, craft (master level craft quest around level 20), shops, use your witcher senses to check for chests everywhere. Caves, under water, behind and under shit, etc.

Yeah, stealing isn't usually a viable option. I've never looked in a chest and saw anything good when the "don't steal" warning comes up.
If you get caught stealing or using signs in Novigrad and the guards attack you if you die they just take some money and you wake up on the ground.

But do you keep the stuff? There was some blue boots and a sword and some enchant. What does the blue color meAn? Is it like in diablo? Like magic, rare and unique items
