Yeah, Foligno has been my favourite player since i've first seen him play, I knew he is capable of being a top 6 forward.

Foligno played like a beast the one night against the Leafs

Lineup at practice today :

Ruutu-Kelly-Neil
Regin-Smith-Winchester
Hoffman-Locke-Butler ( <3 )
Wick-Bass-Keller

Hale-Carkner
Benoit-Gryba
Wiercioch-Lee

Lehner
Elliot

Lehner is expected to play the full 60 minute, another shutout would be nice

Sens cut 16 player :

Mike Brodeur
Barry Brust
Andre Benoit
Eric Gryba
Geoff Kinrade
Craig Schira
Jason Bailey
Eric Condra
Corey Cowick
Kaspars Daugavins
David Dziurzynski
Colin Greening
Mike Hoffman
Jim O'Brien
Tim Spencer
Roman Wick

I would have like them to keep Gryba and Hoffman a little longer, and give them a chance with good players.. but w/e :p I was expecting more from Wick, but he did not make anything good.

I really like the way Locke is playing. I watched him grow as a player in the OHL while playing for the 67's I know he has a good shot at making this team in the future.

Yeah, I think realistically, Zach Smith, Cowen and Butler have the best chance of cracking the lineup

Smith will have it because of the style he plays. We let Donovan go. Smith is a much younger version of Donovan. He will make the 4th line butler will go to bingo and develop there for another year then have a chance for our 3rd line. But Cowen with Kuba out. I'd say he makes it over Lee. Would be great on the PK and a big body D-man which we lack size right now on D

Cowan might play the fist 9 game, but I think after that he will go back to junior. I think Smith and Winchester have the best chance to make it.
