Ha, I already have. Google yelp yellowpages etc. I will continue to do so tonight and am planning to call the highest supervisor I can talk to.
I don't mind that they were late. Shit happens, supposedly the job behind me grossly underestimated how long it would take. What I'm pissed about is:
1. I booked this a month in advance for 10am
2. I called three times before the person told me the job was being delayed until 12:15
3. They "moved things around" to get me someone there at 12 instead of 12:15
4. There were a number of times when the office straight up did not answer the phone
5. When I called multiple times in a row the lady gave me lip and said "stop calling us so the driver can call you." I have multiple lines. The driver was not trying to call me.
6. The driver arrived at 1:00 without so much as a heads up from the office.
I'm not nearly as pissed about the delay as I am about what I consider to be the honest to god REFUSAL to communicate.
