I lost a massive housing contract today that was supposed to be a done deal, 100% confirmed. I'm shattered, utter shock, I don't know what to do.

pick ur self up, dust your self off, and keep on pushing, shit happens some times, think about the positive, don't dwell on the negative.

It's really, really bad. I don't know how much money this is going to cost me, it's the only major contract I got in the next 6 months (A major contract to me is a housing development). Doing individual houses, or trying to find work helping a bigger company isn't enough to make up for it. I'm going to have to lay off at least three crews tomorrow (Typically 2-3 people), maybe more. I might lose over half my yearly income because of this, which is very, very bad.
