It's nice for entertaining guests who don't have that view. A panoramic with the Pentagon in the forefront and the washington monument/capitol building is an easy icebreaker and talking point. Not like I spend a lot of time gazing out the window myself lol.

Nice. Alexandria is nice depending where she's living. Old Town is a great place to hang out, although if you have more money it's worth it to go into the city.
