if youre serious about getting into shape you should set a strict diet and maybe get a personal trainer
lol i def dont need a personal trainer, i know what im doing in the gym. I am quite strong and very active for my body weight, im actually starting up mens league football again in late september.
For my weight and my activity, anything less than about 4000 calories and ill lose weight, my 3k intake is pretty good to lose a pound every few days, as well as me building muscle.
I just need to work on toning different areas a bit more, for the past couple months ive been working my bench, cleans and running so hard, but not doing much of anything else.
im 6'2.5" and 274 with 245 Bench, im doing alright, haha im just not quite at my goal.
Like i said id like to lose 30 pounds, maybe even 40.
