Wow.

Entered my parents place earlier and it was 87°(30°)

It was cooler outside

Edit: this is their Florida home

This is what my week looks like:

They seriously said on the news that we'd be getting a cold front on Friday to "give us a little relief from the heat." In what world does going from mid 90s to 90 count as a little relief?

I don't mind the heat. I complain about the cold in winter so I surely wont complain when it's nice in the summer

If I'm picking a foreign getaway location I'm picking a place with reasonable humidity. Like Hawaii.

At least when it's -40 outside you can bundle up and go outside. What can you do when it's 40 degrees? I only ever get allergies when it's 30+ with 85%+ humidity so I'd much rather have cold then hot.

Only thing shitty about winter is shovelling and my last DD before my new car had frameless doors which allowed the cold air to get into the car and frost the inside of the windshield in the morning which was impossibly aggravating if I didn't park in the garage.

I challenge anyone to have to walk to work 4-5 days a week in this heat and humidity and not complain lol. Thank god we have a gym with a locker room so I can change between dress clothes and shorts/t-shirt for my commute.

Well yeah obviously outdoor labor is worse but you're dressed for it and one would assume you're used to it. I go to work in a suit that becomes a glorified paper towel by the time I get there.

Clearly a soft white collar office worker who isn't equipped for that kind of heat. I don't wanna ruin my $2000 suit. Would you like it if I ruined my $3000 suit? My $4000 suit means a lot to me, I'm not gonna ruin it and then go buy another $5000 suit to replace it.
