$39 mil jesus fuck. You're paying a hefty premium for seclusion. A very similar property to that in Muskoka is like ~10 million CND. This won't mean anything to you but in Barrie on Lake Simcoe there's a property that looks almost just like that (marine garage and everything) up for like $7.9 million. That place is literally that much because it's an island in Montana lol. I'd have to win powerball to ever buy that, and then I'd learn how to fly a helicopter so I don't fee so isolated lol.
