Sometimes vendors sell blues that someone can mass buy and sell them all in the ah. This is really common for low level socketed items bought from a vendor with decent stats.

Some vendors also randomly sell 1 rare item. Maybe someone got extremely lucky and found a great vendor bow and bought a bunch to put on the ah. Or maybe it is duped idk.

But you would think the duped item would be better than a semi decent bow...
