Before the little drops I guess

drive 25 min to hockey
realize my skates are not in my hockey bag
remember i took them out to get them sharpened
worst night ever

I always worried about that for ball hockey as Id wear flip flops to games and hope my shoes were in the bag when i got there

yeah honestly worst feeling ever when i got my hockey pants on and started looking for my skates

then it hit me and my heart sunk

Thank god I've only ever forgotten my jersey. My gear is rank as fuck though, it's not easy to clean gear living in an apartment.

I'd have to air out my gear in a public park or something which I probably could. There's a nice park at the end of the street that overlooks the city, but man it would smell so bad lol. So I just kinda toss a bunch of dryer sheets in there and throw the bag in the closet...

do you have a balcony or anything??

God no, I'd be paying about $300/mo more for a balcony. Come april I might, though.

My gear has no smell at all. My jerseys smell like death though.
