Clearly a breach of protocol. They should have gone straight for shooting him.

Like they use too much force sometimes but the people who try to resist arrest even 1% are just fucking stupid.

You're not going to get away and resisting increases tremendously the chances of something stupid happening.

Either you give in and get arrested or you get hurt (or worse) and then get arrested. The choice is pretty simple.
