Tbh the only issue with Babs that game was probably keying on Rasks blocker side.
He did a good job playing Moore lots, and the 4th line. He matched lines well.

those givaways were just stupid plays by the players. Not a coaching issue.

Stupid plays by your players is 100% a coaching issue it wasn’t just this game. If ou cannot stop your players from making the same mistakes you are not coaching well. If you cannot light a fire under your team in a game 6 at home or the game 7 you are coaching poorly. making no changes to special teams was a coaching choice.

Babs always seemed a bit soft to me, needs to put the scare into these 20 year old millionaires but they don't give a fuck they want to lose in the 1st rd to have the summer off to get laid and party lets be real.

I value defense > forwards just my personal opinion, i think it gets overlooked far too much.
Blocked shots, stick checking / pokes, Penalty kill ect

yea and parayko was our best defender all year and were actually deeper at forward than defense

parayko is so good defensively is ridiculous. he just makes everything look so easy that people forget about him. his skating is insane, which is why we play him like a shutdown CB in football, playing patrick kane 1 on 1 and shit
