Despite what you beleive it IS my difficult for them to be acheive what you have. Some still do but we are also talking about the us where there is less social support.

It's almost laughable. You seem to think the fucking hicks in Midwest/southern states don't have dirty poor white people. Or white people who can't get any education cause they are cousin fucker inbreds. Or that they don't get turned down on jobs either. Like give your head a shake. There are problems on both sides of the fence when it comes down to the lower living levels. There's no systemic reasoning there is there??
The gang bangers and blacks involved with crime are in it cause they say it's the only life they know.
They see their parents doing the same and follow suit. Hell, the game just had a 4 part documentary on television little while ago where they interview a bunch of thugs n shit and they reiterate this exact thing. It's all they know. Why try to be better when you can slang drugs and make 10k a week. Or go work down the street for shit wages.
That's the mentality they have. That's their "culture"

I might be coming into this late and don't have the time to read it all, but there's a systemic problem for sure. What's the solution to it? I don't know. There's a ton of black crime, and cops WILL stop more black people. I know a lot of black people, have many black friends. I live in an area that's probably 50/50 black / white. Almost EVERY single black person I've talked to about this has a story. I've had friends be held up by the cops for hours for zero reason. Just minding their own business at a late hour. Not one of my white friends has had an issue with the police. Obviously this is all subjective, but there's certainly some racism in the system.
