they tazed him after he was shot you can see it on the video

not a good use of the point of a tazer

I'm just saying if Forcillo shot Yatim before the taze or once after when he's still moving aggressively, it would be justified

but he shot out of anger

It's far too easy to get a gun in the US. I read an article written by a guy who worked at a gun shop that the ATF was using to track guns being bought for mexican cartels.
They let the guys buy like 50 high powered tank-killing sniper rifles before they actually made a move, by then the guns had been distributed to lackeys and all they got was the guy who was providing the money to buy the guns.

You can be crazy and totally willing to kill a cop and still have a record that allows you to get a gun with no issue.

oh i know thats what im saying just becasue its a legally permitted weapon doesnt mean its not a threat
hell they likey go to ranges or practice with it got training and are more of a threat then some random person with a gun
znick is maknig it sounds like becasue it was a legal gun it wasnt a threat... if the guy reached for it legal or not a gun is a gun and a very large threat

the kid coulda dropped the knife and got arrested hes the retard that goes on a public bus with a knife and then walks towards police wielding it as a weapon
you really are trying to defend a kid that goes onto a public bus with a knife? yeah he got shot its unfortunate but lets not forget everything leading up to that point
and tazers dont have infinite range maybe they felt to be close enough to taser was too big of a risk of being stabbed

but the cases your using as examples are really bad becasue they did the right thing imo
if you stop acting like all these people that got shot are innocent victims and realize the situation its not as clear cut as you act

im not acting like its clear cut, but i dont think running from a cop or even resisting arrest (for the guys who were unarmed) are worthy of being shot and killed.

I think police are entirely too quick to resort to their gun.

they did taze him

that's why Forcillo was charged

Forcillo was charged to sate public outrage. He was put in a no-win situation and unlike most police shootings in the US, acted according to his training. It's not fair Forcillo's life is ruined because a kid decided he wanted to commit suicide by cop.

I was on the other side when it first happened

but Forcillo was not justified in his actions.

You don't shoot someone 8 times especially between a taze
