honestly you cant really judge anything from the video as you cant see his loose arm
he coulda been reaching for the gun so they shot him even the store owner said they had his arm but not pinned yet

at that point i have no issue guys resisting arrest clearly is armed and possibly reaches for it
cop even yells " he has a gun" right before they shoot him


its not like the guy was just sitting there n they shot him like he was breaking the law and resisting arrest
they tried to pin him down to prevent further violence i dont see how they coulda palyed this off differently

if they had him pinned n he reached for his gun with a loose arm by all means do what you gotta do at that point
