Whichever one of them started screaming about the gun while it was still in the guy's pocket really fucked up. I get that it was an intense and escalated situation and if you feel a gun you're gonna freak out, but he's gotta get canned at a minimum or they're gonna have riots.

From the other guy's point of view they were just in a struggle, the guy's being uncooperative, and he hears his partner say "HE'S GOT A GUN!" while the guy's trying to break their grip.

I get the sense this one's gonna turn into a shitshow.
