I agree that since that is the route problem that is what needs to be addressed. I don't think this is a good example as the guy was armed (i didnt watch the video tho) but there have also clearly been actions by some of these cops that have been WAY out of line with reasonable practices.

White problems with police just never get televised. Doesn't make for a juicy headline. But I can assure you there are just as ludicrous interactions between white people and officers. To deny that, is ludicrous.

So they are a product of their environment. They made the choice to amount to nothing and resort to staying with the status quo
