if thats the case you might as well start drafting/trading coaches like palyers because paying a 2nd or 3rd for a coach is ridiculous
teams wont end up getting picks coaches will end up not getting hired the only people that benefit are the guys that fire the coach in the first place which shouldnt be how it works

teams will prob hire coaches fire them and then try to get picks for it for a better rebuild just hire n fire like 3 coaches a season stock up on 2nd and 3rds
