it doesnt give you more rares, it increases your chances of the item being better. (so instead of out of 10000 for a certains stat its 2 our of 10000)

doesnt change the ilvl tho... im getting the same ilvls iwas with 0 mf and 120 mf the i lvls r mostly where u farm

oh yeah nvm it helps give better items in general, it doesnt help give more items though, just increases the one that drop.

barely need mf tho when u got 5 stacks champ packs are guranteed to drop 1 rare n bosses 3 so just get 5 stacks n mf like a mofo

But there's a difference too.
When you roll around with 200 MF Base or more + your 5 stacks you usually get 3-4 rares per elite/champpack/goblin.
When you have 0 + 5 Stacks you get 1-2 per.

Plus with high amounts of MF on the course of getting 5 stacks you often get yellows too.
