UK goes back to the pound sterling, EU loses military power, import/export has to be renegotiated with all the countries, UK doesn't have to pay towards EU membership, immigration laws get reformed in the UK, Scotland possibly goes independent.

A lot of the recent Brexit impetus comes from the migrant crisis. Seeing as Britain already gets plenty of immigrants on their own accord there are tangible concerns over having too many people over, specially with ISIL being a draw among young western Muslims and posing security threats. Plus the labor market already being saturated with South Asian and Eastern European workers.

But in general the UK has had a rocky relationship with the EU, being the have-been rulers of the world bowing to politicians in continental Europe. They also have the pound still so there would be little pain if trade with the Eurozone isn't as easy.
