Joe Thornton basically has had enough and now is being open about it. The GM didn't do shit to make roster better. I'm not sure on McLellan. Thought he was a good coach? Maybe giving up?

When Joe Thornton continually produces and puts up points in the playoffs and his team still chokes in the playoffs. You cant blame it on Thornton.

I say again that he doesn't have the C so he's speaking his mind. But I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he spoke his mind behind closed doors as captain and that's what got him stripped.

he puts up points but hardly seems to be the guy that steps up and carries them when they need it most
and 13/14 was pretty shitty 3p in 7 games and -6 isnt very strong numbers for a performer



they said he got stripped becasue he would yell at people and it wasnt working and it wasnt going to change and the first thing you hear leadership guys say is not yell and scream at guys
he was a shitty captain they stripped him because of it and he goes and starts whining to the media like a bitch
