minute ofc. iv done hundreds of time 2.30-2.40, so in grand final i would have hit 3 min mark, and its fkn long time.
0,5 liter per 30 sec, all time over 110 celsius. most competitions have 400-600 ppl in and mostly 2 min water mark is first "killer", only like 20-30 ppl in world can survive it.
2.30 (5th water) is killer to me in practises, so most of time my time is 2.32-2.35 (cus dont wanna burn myself in practises but im far from blackout so i can survive it if needed.
i havent even tried to survive 3min water (6th) so thats definetly my max. aka 2.59-3.05, and with this result im top10 in world record and in every competition in last 16 year i would hit top5 if beat 3min. cant win tho, theres 2-3 ppl from fin who have recorded 3.10+ multiple times.
