DD is 25% in the shootout this year. Eller was 3 for 4 last year.

Plek is 0 for 3, Gallagher is 1 for 4. He keeps sending these losers when Eller has historically been our best shootout player.

I'm not saying he should not be sending Eller, I'm saying he should not send him over DD. Plekanec is 13.3% in his career. Hell, Markov is 35,7% in his career.

I'm not saying DD shouldn't shoot. I'm saying Therrien shouldn't coddle Desharnais and rip Eller a new one for not scoring more with his 30% offensive zone starts and Christian fucking Thomas as a linemate. Therrien is going to end up alienating the room really quickly.

I don't think anyone here would argue that therrien is a good coach. Price is the one saving his job.

The worst part of Therrien's comments is Eller's last goal was against New Jersey two weeks ago. DD has scored once since then and it was a flukey bounce off the dmans leg.

thomas has been getting a flurry of scoring chances every game for the last few. hes been one of the most exciting forwards. eller not producing is not because of his line mates. its because he hasnt done fuck all lately.

patches is top 10 in goals this season and has been playing with a fourth liner in weise and DD. dont see him crying about his line mates. he produces because hes good.

i dunno whats worse, therriens coddling of DD or your coddling of eller. there both clearly lacking any neutrality in their judgment.

he said they hadnt scored in 2 months. and he went with guys who have some abilities. how is this not true? and your wrong. this is nowhere near ripping them. if you cant stand hearing the truth and then have to start blaming everyone but yourself, then maybe you would see it that way.

Fans on all his shots lately. No clue why he got 19 minutes toi last night. Whenever you send a player on his line you are sending him to the graveyard. Poor sekac. Eller worst +/- on the team, stupid penalties in offensive zone.

He needs to start producing or being solid defensively because I like him as a 3rd line center but this season has been dreadful.

I kinda wish we could re negotiate the contracts we signed this summer. Eller at 3.5 and subban at 9 is just terrible.
