Skogafoss is a pretty epic waterfall. If you head down the south coast you'll basically run into a giant waterfall on a volcano every 1km.

Also it's not really a tourist attraction, but if you hunt you can find this cool airplane crash. Takes a small hike in, but not too hard to find.
