Yeah I'm with you stealth. I'm historically half a tick right of center, but if I even bother to vote it'll be for Hillary because she'll be less of a trainwreck. She at least knows how to play the game and probably won't be much different than Obama, whereas Trump has already been banned from several countries that comprise our most fragile relationships.
Frankly the Republican party went full retard after 9/11. It saddened me to see McCain, whose years as a senator emphasized bipartisan cooperation, reduced to a bunch of soundbites about immigrants being evil and guns being handed out like candy. Now it feels like the Democrats are trying to answer with candidates that are equally polarized to the left. It's pathetic.
There should never be a point where you're not voting for someone, but rather against someone. A Hillary victory is going to have little to do with her promises or views, she's going to win because people will come out in swarms to vote against Trump. That is absolutely not the way this country's leader should be decided.
