NFL fans (and especially NFL analysts) actually know of the CFL because good players from the CFL go to the NFL, there are a few.

However, they always call it "The Canadian League" and chuckle it up pretty good when they say it. I don't blame them, 'cause the CFL is a joke, but it seems they laugh more at the Canada part than the Canada Football part :rofl: But that's Murricans for you.


For sure there is some pro-scouting in the CFL and fans know about it. Go ask NFL fans to name you 3 CFL teams and I would be surprised if 1/10 could tell you.

It's no surprise to see the price of CFL tickets to NFL.... not even the same thing

Oh for sure, they couldn't name any, but I was just saying they would know it exists in general :lol:

I'm not gonna sit here and say Elliot is as good as quick or price, because he isn't.

I don't know if there are any goalies out there worth going after though for the stretch run.

None stand out over Elliot. I think he's on the back end of top 10-15 goalies in the league though.

Allen could also get hot possibly. Hes a fucking stud and the goalie of the blues future.

Bit of an emphasis on future. I'm not saying Allen is bad, but he's definitely not ready to be a number one quite yet.

Yes what I'm saying is we aren't gonna trade for a goalie because we have our future goaltender waiting behind Elliot and any goalie that's hands down better than Elliot won't be on the market.

yea, woulda been nice if we coulda not let them get that extra point.

not a good 3rd period by us, we did that thing where we turtle for an entire period with a 1 goal lead. that never ever works.

their first goal was crazy. off the glass, off the back of elliots head, and in.


good game though, was fun to be at. the atmosphere was intense and it was so loud.

have the say anything about lehtera or berglund yet?

Elliot was phenomenal tonight. What a couple great goals but the game was sloppy overall.

Feels good stealing a win though.
