Do it. There are a lot of big guys who can move... I was not one of them

Once I hit 190 my goal is gonna be to maintain bodyweight but lower bodyfat %. We'll see what happens from there, if I really like the gains I see I might keep going.
Surprisingly I move well for my size. I gained some weight after getting out of the Army and when I started playing hockey again I didn't think I'd play as well as I do. I even play forward on occasion and have pulled some nasty dangles and showed some nice bursts of speed for my size. I usually just work my way towards the front of the net and try to redirect shots of course. Last night I had a goal from a redirect. I heard the goalie get pissed behind me and hit his stick on the ice lol, he was a smaller dude.
But yeah, I've been big most of my life. Even in the Army when I was in great shape I was 200+. I have a wide frame and look sickly when I start to push below 185, like I did after basic training. Ideally I like to be between 225-250 but I'm pushing it right now and need to cut due to unhealthy eating decisions after getting outta the military. I've been eating healthier and rarely drink pop now but I've been weightlifting with my lil bro as well. He just turned 16 not long ago and is 6'3" 240 or so. Trying to get him to bulk up some more for football.
