There's a threshold where they autoban. That threshold has been getting more and more narrow over the years. Zipcode+Gender+Birthdate has been shown to be accurate somewhere around 90% of the time, so if you fill those in accurately thinking they're bullshit fields you're wrong...
It goes a lot further than that though, and I'm sure Blizzard has explored all of that. They've presented at more than a few conferences I've been at so they sure as shit know about your IP, Credit Card, Address + name, and a lot of other stuff.
If they decide to declare war on cheaters, they win. Hands down. The dilemma is around banning people who don't deserve it and that's happening less frequently every minute.
its true if you have multiple accounts registered on your bnet account and receive a ban i think they ban all your shit related to that game
but really the problem right now isnt bots its the public dupe people are using for hrs
idk about sc but right now a shako is worth about the same as enigma on hc
