Was just looking at habs '07 draft first 3 picks.

Ryan McDonagh
Max Pacioretty
PK Subban

How awesome was that.. imagine if we still had 3

We also have Lars Eller from that 1st round. Drafted right after McDonaugh by STL.

Watch him miss the next two because of his minor injury, and watch him come back in shape jan. 27 against dallas.

It's nothing serious, he wouldn't have been the backup in Ottawa if it was.

youre wrong again. do you even watch the games?

This kid is not afraid of anybody , Graves is like 6 inches taller and 50 pounds bigger.. Ofc he didnt won the fight but still!

I wouldnt be surprised if he makes the habs in 2 or 3 years, he play with so much grit, gives everything he got on every shift. He dont have the talent of a Galchenyuk or Sherbak but hes still a 1PPG player last season and playoffs. Hes a steal from Bergevin in 6th round imo.

you're cheering for baie-comeau though, so your opinion is a bit biased. PPG in the Q is not impressive at this age. but yeah, he's a good all around player, who knows. definetly not in 2 years if he's gonna make it. maybe 3-4-5+ if
i think it's a bit too soon to qualify this pick as a ''steal'' but it's definetly a good pick for a 6th rounder

He wouldve made the WJC team if it wasnt of his injury so he loss a bit of exposure. I don't think my opinion is biased tho, Hudon played for BC also and I don't think he will be more than an AHL player. Gregoire is what the Habs need on a 3nd line.

Gregoire won't be a scorer in the NHL though, scoring pace in junior irrelevant. Will be a good two-way center. Plus his stats are lower than they'd normally be because he missed half a season due to injury. He'll heat up by playoffs. There's a reason he got an ELC as a 6th rounder while a guy like Vail with better numbers couldn't. And for once it's not just because he's Franch.

so the habs who have the 3rd best points % in the league are rated 13th in the nhl power rankings this week.

the LA kings who are 17th in the league and currently out of a playoff spot sit at 9th in the power rankings.

they need to fire the writter who writes that shit they call power rankings.
