hes great in most aspects, cept he has no shot and hes slow as fuck. wont fight nor throw his body around but he will block u a shit ton of shots and clear the front of the net. solid stay at home defense with a great hockey sense.

Plus he'd be a great influence on the young guys. Even to have him as a 7th D-man who rotates in from time to time but is healthy scratch most nights would be beneficial.

right on. hes got one of the better reputations around the league for being so level headed. hes one of the nicest guys to wear a habs jersey since ive been a fan thats for sure.

Again though, look at the amount of defenseman we have on one way deals. Unless it's a two way contract this is pointless

we really dont need gill unless somebody is getting moved or there going to bury gust and use gill as the 7th man

UFA F Mason Raymond will be attending TOR's training camp on a PTO.

They should use him to fill up that 3rd line hole. Great defensively, good on the PK, can put up 30 points if he can gel with his teammates.

He's not a 2nd liner on a contender, though.
