Unless you have a medical condition... you just down eat enough.
I eat meat with potatoes or pasta for dinner or lunch at least once a day usually twice. On top of that I snack constantly on granola bars and God knows what else. Usually eat 4-6 times a day.
I do plenty of red meat and I was doing 3 mass gainer shakes a day for 6 months.
I gained 3 lbs.
Calorie intake was something stupid like 4-5k
Only thing I can think of off hand is I have an extremely fast metabolism. Outside of that I hobby smoke. No other health concerns.
