Chicken jerky. 3 lbs of chicken cut into strips and dehydrated. The dehydration makes it so they don't need to be refrigerated so it's an easy, high protein snack.

You can make jerky out of just about any meat O.o Chicken isn't that common so it's no biggie. It tastes phenomenal though.

So far I've made spicy beef and just a regular old BBQ chicken jerky. If I had to put a dollar amount on it I've probably saved $100 by doing it myself lol.
