Can't think of it at 5.5 just to sign alfie though. We got him AND we took him away from a division rival. That's well worth 5.5m. Same with Weiss. We got stronger and in doing so, made key opponents weaker. Just wish we could have gotten Elias.

Its a 3.5 mil cap hit. The other 2 mil is bonus pay.

Bonus counts against the cap. It's a 5.5m cap hit.

local radio said something about him being 35+ allows you to stash some of his cap hit in a bonus that doesnt count against cap.
Im not very knowledgeable to that information though
