I don't know which issues you have, but that's likely the cause.

I worked for a mormon company, based out of salt lake city, had to doing training there etc.

Ya. It's quite popular in Utah. One in 3 ppl Mormon. And that massive fucking church that costs millions.

The company I worked for was at least 75% mormon

They just don't get real life, they think everyone should just work all the time and act like a fgt

Except for working on the sabbath!

They did, it was abnormal, they're at work when they're not supposed to be and it was the norm with them.

And they way they carried themselves was like they were all cast for the brady bunch

while that may be the case for them, not all are like that lol
