Financing is only worth it on zero percent interest otherwise you're paying more than the car is worth. ( as far as I know)

Mortgages are the same

You finance to help with other payments

But a car is depreciating asset while a house usually isn't.

Alot of financing is 0 or close to.

And it depends theres also inflation so the money on payments down the road are worthless then payments now

So if interest is less than inflation your still winning vs paying upfront

That's what I was thinking lol.

Here's what I did.

When I was 22. I bought my truck for 45,000 talked him down from 52,000

I had 7 year finance. Bi weekly payment 5.4% interest.

341 bi weekly payments

Comes out to like 60,000 I ended up paying for it when it's paid off. $15000 just in interest. My god

Now I had to do this to build credit. No better way then a loan that large. Anything else I've financed has been 0% because of the truck. (My trailer I got last year for example)

But my god can't wait till payments done. Feel rich again.

whats your point ?? it is leasing that is the price of the car ... you dont pay the full car after the 5 years you can choose to trade it in ....
or you can buy the car out for however much is left like 10k or whatever it would be
